Local Postage

OOUii’s platform only offer delivery to a valid Singapore address. You should carefully read the item detail page and review information such as price, option price, local postage charges etc. and terms and conditions for sales before purchasing an item. Postage fee is set by each seller at a flat rate, you will only be charged once per seller in each purchase.E.g.

Orders “Fulfill by OOuii” stated in product shipping description will be combined as 1 shipment, additional postage fee paid will be reimbursed accordingly.

Upon payment receipt, OOUii will instruct the seller to take necessary actions for delivery and the seller should ship to according to the delivery information provided by shoppers. Tracking number should be updated in OOUii’s order management system within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. If the seller fails to do so, OOUii may cancel the transaction and shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages to the seller due to such cancellation.

Sellers shall take all reasonable actions for shoppers to receive purchased items within the time period specified by the seller on the item detail page. If a seller fails to deliver the purchased item within such period or the item was not received by the buyer due to a reason not attributable to the buyer (such as delivering to the wrong address), the seller shall bear all liabilities relating thereto. If any transaction is cancelled due to a reason attributable to the seller (e.g. non-delivery of the purchased items), OOUii may take actions against the seller.

OOUii may at its option provide other services related to delivery in association with third-party service providers.



You may cancel purchases at any time within 24 hours of confirmation. Once shipped, purchases will be subjected to return process rather than cancellation process.



If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 7 days. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. With respect to return-related matters, relevant laws and regulations shall prevail over the terms and conditions suggested by sellers.

Generally, perishable goods such as food, flowers, books, newspapers or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases will not be accepted for returns unless stated.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



To return your product, please raise a return request from your order history. OOUii will contact you with a return address to seller.

Shoppers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Delivery time vary by the destination country.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. OOUii do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
